Geological context: Paleogene, Ojo Alamo Ss. Collection locality: Good preservation and excellent diversity. Brownish gray, carbonaceous, finely-laminated to poorly-bedded shale; laterally continuous for about 100m; undulatory contact with the underlying coarse-grained sandstone (Ojo Alamo Sandstone). Abandoned channel, FLOOD BASIN, San Juan County, New Mexico, USA. Collected by James U. McClammer, 1981/1983. PB number 67280; lot count 1; accn=YPM.07644.
