Geological context: Cambrian, Murphy Creek Fm. Collection locality: Middle or Late Cambrian, mostly float (some in-place), beds B & D, S bank of Murphy Creek, about 320 ft NNE of intersection of rill & rd near where rd curves S, & .8 mi E of E end of RR cut, & 1.7 mi W of rd intersection at Corner-of-the-Beach, & about 5.5 mi WNW of Perce, Gaspe Peninsula, Quebec, Canada. Collected by Charles Schuchert, Preston E. Cloud, 1938-08. IP number 15992; lot count 1; anatomical elements=pygidium; accn=IPA.07429.
