Collection locality: upper 20 ft of lower massive sand lithofacies, exposures in draw .2 mi NE of Charlie Krejci ranch house (=Walter ranch house), & along Fox Hills Fm ridge to N of that draw, & along W side of Buck Creek (=Crazy Woman Creek), & about 3 mi N of WY Rt. 270, & 8.3 mi NE of Lance Creek village, Niobrara County, Wyoming, USA. Collected by Karl M. Waage, 1967. IP number 654113; lot count 1; taphonomy=concretion; accn=IPA.07132; associatedwith=original label stored with this specimen: IP.652957,on same slab: IP.654111.
