Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the back transfer aisle of the Orbiter Processing Facility bay 3, Todd Dugan, a technician with United Space Alliance, prepares the Thermal Protection System (TPS) blanket to be installed around the Orbiter Boom Sensor System (OBSS). The installation concludes TPS closeout prior to installation of the boom in the orbiter Discovery.
