Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the back transfer aisle of the Orbiter Processing Facility bay 3, a worker checks the resistance measurement of one of the Thermal Protection System (TPS) blanket ground wires to ensure a proper ground between the blanket to be installed and the Orbiter Boom Sensor System (OBSS). The installation will conclude TPS closeout prior to installation of the boom in the orbiter Discovery.
