Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — At Launch Complex 37-B, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, the transporter grid is lowered to the ground. The Boeing Delta IV rocket is erect in the gantry behind it. The Delta IV is the launch vehicle for the GOES-N satellite, the first of three for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration that will provide continuous monitoring necessary for intensive data analysis.
