CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - At Launch Complex 39 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, a boom lift delivers insulation material to the workers installing it on the roof of one of the Propellants North Administrative and Maintenance Facility buildings. The insulation has an R-40 rating, compared to the insulation under the roof of an average home which has a rating of R-10 or R-15.
