CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - At Launch Complex 39 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, insulation material is delivered to roofers on one of the Propellants North Administrative and Maintenance Facility buildings by a boom lift. The insulation has an R-40 rating, compared to the insulation under the roof of an average home which has a rating of R-10 or R-15.
