NASA image acquired January 28, 2011 Tropical Cyclone Bianca continued moving southward along the coast of Western Australia on January 28, 2011. At 5:00 a.m. on January 28 local time (21:00 UTC on January 27), the U.S. Navy’s Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) reported that Bianca was located about 135 nautical miles (250 kilometers) west of Learmonth, Western Australia.
