Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Space Station Processing Facility, an overhead crane lowers the Pressurized Mating Adapter -3 (PMA-3) into a payload canister for transport to the Orbiter Processing Facility. Workers at the sides and below watch the process. The PMA-3, a component of the International Space Station, is part of the payload on Space Shuttle mission STS-92, scheduled to launch Oct. 5.
