Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — In the Space Station Processing Facility, the P6 integrated truss segment is lowered into the payload transport canister under the watchful eyes of the worker inside the canister as well as the workers on the sides. After being secured in the canister, the truss will be transported to Launch Pad 39B and the payload changeout room. Then it will be moved into Space Shuttle Endeavour’s payload bay for mission STS-97.
