Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Workers in the Operations and Checkout Building keep watch as an overhead crane is lowered toward the Joint Airlock Module that it will lift and place in the payload canister for transfer to the Space Station Processing Facility. There the module will undergo more preflight processing for the STS-104 mission scheduled for launch aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis May 17, 2001.
