Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — This view of an external tank in the Vehicle Assembly Building shows the connection point on the left for the Shuttle stacking. The tank is being transferred to the Michoud Space Systems Assembly Facility near New Orleans where redesign of the external tank is underway for Return to Flight.
