CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39B, the stabilizing arm is lifted toward the fixed service structure where it will be attached. The arm will be used in the Ares I-X rocket launch, targeted for Oct. 31. Ares I-X is part of NASA's Constellation Program.
