CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39B, the stabilizing arm is moved closer to the fixed service structure where it will be attached. The arm will be used in the Ares I-X rocket launch, targeted for Oct. 31. Ares I-X is part of NASA's Constellation Program.
