CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Near the top of the fixed service structure on NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39B, the new stabilizing arm (white) has been attached. The hardware is being reconfigured for launch of NASA's Ares I-X rocket, part of the agency's Constellation Program. The Ares I-X flight test is targeted for Oct. 31.
