CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – On NASA Kennedy Space Center's Launch Pad 39B, a second stabilizing arm is moved closer to the top of the fixed service structure for installation. The hardware is being reconfigured for launch of NASA's Ares I-X rocket, part of the agency's Constellation Program. The Ares I-X flight test is targeted for Oct. 31.
