CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – At NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, dense fog moving ashore from the Atlantic Ocean engulfs the Vehicle Assembly Building on an atypical December afternoon. It is the second time in one day that fog has obscured the top of the 525-foot-tall processing facility, known as the VAB.
