CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – Dense fog engulfs Launch Complex 39 at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida, obscuring the view of the 525-foot-tall Vehicle Assembly Building. The fog pushed onshore from the Atlantic Ocean for the second time in one day to create atypical conditions on this humid December afternoon.
