Kennedy Space Center, Fla. — Endeavour begins backing out of Orbiter Processing Facility bay 2 atop an orbiter transporter for rollover to the Vehicle Assembly Building. In the VAB, Endeavour will be stacked with its solid rocket boosters and external tank atop the Mobile Launcher Platform in high bay 3.
