Personnel prepare to mate the Transporter-Erector-Launcher, also called the TEL, carrying a Northrop Grumman Antares rocket to the launch mount on the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport’s Pad 0A at NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia. The Antares arrived at the launch pad on Tuesday, Feb. 16, in preparation for launch at 12:36 p.m. EST, Feb. 20, 2021.
