About this work

Large, plain-rim circular dish with deep, rounded booge and flat well; no foot ring. Underside of well engraved "HM" in shaded serif letters separated by a cornucopia from which spring a three-petaled flower or tulip and two leafy scrolls. Possible indecipherable, obliterated marks on underside of well.
