Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a red border on the hoist edge. Blue circle in the center of the flag. Machine-stitched, open-sleeve white cotton hoist. Flag panels are machine-stitched with flat-felled seams using red, blue, and off-white cotton threads. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg. 3rd Div'n 1st Army Corps".
