Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with blue trefoil, or clover, in center of flag. Red border on the hoist edge of flag. White cotton hoist. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. White cotton thread. The inscription on the hoist reads "2nd Brg. 3rd Div. 2nd Army Corps."
