Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with blue diamond in center of flag. Red border around all three sides. Machine stitching on panels, decoration, and hoist. Flag panels have flat-felled seams. Cotton threads in beige, red, and blue. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Brg 3rd Div 3rd Army Corps."
