Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border around all three sides. White crescent in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist is machine-stitched with an open seam. Machine-stitched flat-felled seams with black and off-white threads. Inscription on hoist reads "3rd Brg. 2nd Div'n 11 Army Corps".
