Square flag. Blue field. Red union next to hoist with three crossed white stripes in union. Two of the white stripes form a saltire, which is vertically bisected by a stripe of equal width, called a pale. White hoist. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. Inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Div. 14th Army Corps Dept. of / Cumberland."
