Jacquard woven ribbon with floral and botanical design of red and white flowers with trailing leaves and stems of dark green and light green on black ground; brown leaf at bottom; narrow green band along edges. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
