Jacquard woven ribbon with floral and botanical design composed of polychrome flowers on black ground surrounded by leaves and stems; green wheat grasses; narrow green band along edge. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
