About this work

Jacquard woven ribbon with floral and botanical motif composed of large pink flower with green center and smaller polychrome flowers on black ground surrounded by green leaves and brown stems; light brown band along edge. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
