Dish with a flower vase and panel decoration

Porcelein dish, painted in underglaze blue. On the flat surface a star-shaped cartouche with a flower vase surrounded by two birds and a butterfly. In the vase a luck symbol of one of the Eight Immortals (musical instrument). The wall and rim are divided into broad and narrow compartments. In the broad compartments alternating luck symbols (artemisia leaf) and a stylized flower branch. The narrow compartments with a diamond and ribbons. Marked on the underside with an unidentified character. Four feet on the underside. Blue and white decorated in imitation of Chinese kraak porcelain.
