About this work
Bell-shaped bowl of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. The wall is openwork (ajourwerk) with here carved out four medallions with flowering plants. The outer edge with a band with flower scrolls; above the foot a band with stylised leaf motifs. The inside with a silver mount. Transitional porcelain in blue and white.
