About this work

Octagonal porcelain cup with straight, flaring walls, painted on the glaze in red, green, yellow and black. Compartments in the shape of a flower, with a floral scroll in the center and lotus scrolls on a diaper pattern depicted in the petal-shaped compartments; between the leaf-shaped compartments a swastika pattern with a flower; on the rim a diaper pattern. Famille rose.
