About this work
Octagonal cup and saucer of porcelain with straight, flaring wall, painted on the glaze in red, green, yellow and black. On the flat of the saucer compartments in the shape of a flower, in the center a flower scroll and in the petal-shaped compartments lotus scrolls on lacework; between the leaf-shaped compartments a swastika pattern with flower; on the rim lacework. The cup with the same decoration. A crack in the rim of the saucer. Famille rose.
