About this work

Cup and saucer of porcelain with modelled wall, painted in underglaze blue. On the wall of the cup twisted compartments with alternating a mountain landscape with persons, pavilions and trees and a flower branch; on the base a flower branch; the rim with four half-flowers with branches. The saucer with the same decoration on the front; the back with three flower branches. Both marked on the underside with a shell in a double circle. Part missing from the rim of the saucer. Blue-and-white.
