About this work

Octagonal cup and saucer of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. The wall of the cup divided into eight compartments, each with a different flower branch; on the base a flower rosette; the inside with three separate flower branches. On the flat of the saucer a flower rosette in a double circle; around it eight radiating compartments each filled with a different flower branch; the back with two flower branches. Both marked on the underside with a mushroom (lingzhi) in a double circle. Blue and white.
