About this work

Cup and saucer of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. On the wall of the cup, two women with a twig in their hand facing each other with a plant between them; on the base a seated woman before a fence by a plant; the inner rim with a zig-zag pattern. On the flat of the saucer a medallion with a seated woman by a rock with a plant, around the medallion two women with a twig in their hand by a flower branch; the rim with a zig-zag pattern; the back with four precious objects (pearl, artemisia leaf, shell, music stone). Saucer marked on the underside with a seal mark in a double circle, the cup with a four-character mark in a double circle. Blue and white.
