On the wall of the cup a sitting woman (long-lipped) and dancing boy (fool) at a vegetated rock; on the base a luck symbol (shell); on the inner rim six treasures (artemisia leaf, diamond, scroll, pearl, books, open diamond). On the flat of the saucer a sitting woman and a dancing boy in an enclosed garden with rocks and a tree; the rim with treasures (scroll, pearl, diamond, artemisia leaf, horn) and a Taoist symbol (castanets); the back with luck symbols (pearl, diamond). Cup marked on the underside with the six-character mark of Emperor Xuande in a double circle; saucer marked on the underside with the four-character mark of Emperor Chenghua. Blue-and-white.
