About this work

Bell-shaped cup and saucer of porcelain, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, black and gold. On the base the crowned monogram 'A.M.' surrounded by scrollwork and leaf vines. On the wall a band with damask pattern in cartouches, flower vines and an unidentified, crowned monogram. The cup with the same decoration. A chip in the rim of the saucer; a crack in the wall of the cup. Coat-of-arms porcelain with enamels.
