About this work

Bell-shaped porcelain cup and saucer, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, yellow, brown, black and gold. On the flat of the saucer an armed man and woman in a landscape with mountains and trees; behind them a third person; in the background a shepherd with three sheep. The cup with the same decoration in a medallion, with in a second medallion a European woman with child on a chair with in the background a castle. Some chips in the rim of the saucer; a chip in the rim of the cup. European subject in enamel colours.
