About this work

Porcelain cup with straight sides, painted in enamel colors on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, black, and gold. On the side a medallion depicting the Judgment of Paris in a landscape; on the left Paris sits on a rock with the three goddesses before him, the middle one he gives a fruit; behind the goddesses a peacock, next to the goddesses sits Eros with his arrow and bow; around the medallion a decorative band. On the bottom floral scrolls. European subject in enamel colors.
