About this work

A porcelain pattipan with a six-lobed wall, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, brown, black, and gold. On the flat surface, a woman in an interior playing a keyboard; the inner rim features a band of floral scrolls. The underside is unglazed. European form and subject in enamel colors.
