About this work

Bowl of porcelain with round sides, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, black, and gold. On the front, three women with three children holding treasures; a woman standing next to a table, a woman sitting with a child beside her holding a scepter, a child climbing a stool with a music stone on a staff, a woman with a child on her arm, behind her a high stool with a vase; the inner rim decorated with floral scrolls alternating with round and whimsically shaped cartouches containing flower branches. A chip and a crack in the rim. Famille rose.
