About this work
Porcelain dish with straight sides, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, black and gold. On the flat of the dish a scalloped cartouche with two women in an enclosed garden by a rock with flowering plants; on the side floral scrolls; the inner rim with a band with geometric motif. Famille rose.
