About this work

Cup with straight sides, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze blue, red, pink, green, yellow, purple, black and gold. A shaped cartouche depicting two women in an enclosed garden by a rock with flowering plants; on the sides floral scrolls; the inner rim with a band of geometric motifs. Some cracks in the cup. Famille rose.
