About this work
Bottle-shaped vase of porcelain, the pear-shaped body flowing into a narrow neck, painted in underglaze blue. On the wall, four connected, lobed cartouches filled with blue with lotus scrolls cut out within; around the foot and shoulder, a band with ruyi motifs closed by a narrow band with geometric patterns; the neck with a geometric motif of four lobed cartouches with scrolls. Marked on the underside with an artemisia leaf. Blue and white.
