About this work

Bottle-shaped porcelain vase with a pear-shaped body and spreading neck, painted in underglaze blue. On the body four lobed cartouches connected to each other. In the cartouches lotus scrolls cut out in a blue background. Above and below flower scrolls. The neck with lacework interrupted by lobed cartouches with flower scrolls. Above the foot and on the outer rim a band with a zigzag pattern. Blue and white.
