About this work

Bottle-shaped porcelain vase with a pear-shaped body and a straight neck, painted in underglaze blue. On the belly a band of linked shaped cartouches with flower scrolls cut out against a blue background. On the shoulder a band with hanging ruyi motifs with above a band with flower scrolls. On the neck a band with large, pointed leaf motifs. Around the foot a band with leaf motifs. Glue residues on the underside. Blue and white.
