About this work
Bowl of porcelain with two S-shaped handles modelled as dragon heads, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine, black, and gold. The body is covered with bleu poudré (powdered blue), with two fan-shaped panels carved out containing a river landscape filled with figures, pavilions, and trees; beside the panels a flower branch in gold. Bleu poudré with famille verte.
