About this work
Lid with knob of porcelain bowl, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine, black and gold. Covered with bleu poudré (powdered blue), with two fan-shaped compartments carved out containing a river landscape filled with figures, pavilions and trees; next to the compartments a branch of flowers in gold. Three chips in the rim of the lid. Bleu poudré with famille verte.
